We Want You To Know
Prioritize Your Life After Cancer. None of us choose to come face to face with our own mortality. But you and I have stared it in the face and gone on to ask, "What's next?" Often, the priorities from your life before cancer don't fit anymore; they just don't feel right. How can you prioritize your life after cancer? >>>

Practice Appreciating Moments of Your Day. Do you find yourself wishing you had time to slow down? Wanting to smell the roses instead of watching them from your car as you head toward the next thing on your to-do list? Why wait? >>>

What I Know Now -- The Lessons of Breast Cancer. I'm Paula Holland De Long, current age 53, diagnosed at age 37 with stage one breast cancer. It was also the greatest gift I've ever received.  If only I'd known then what I know now. >>>

Thrive by Living What Matters Most to You! Imagine living a life that brings you more satisfaction, purpose and joy than you have now. Truly being with the people that you love, not just sharing space with them. To feel ease and purpose as you go about the business and pleasure of your day to day life. Using and embracing all of the gifts God gives you. Knowing that you have the strength and courage to manage whatever life throws at you instead flailing helplessly in the wind.Does this sound too good to be true? It's not. >>>
